Speaking Engagements
Medicine & the Mind-Body Connection
Developed in collaboration with Living Proof, this professional online course teaches healthcare practitioners about the science behind mind-body symptoms and the neuroplastic approach to treatment. It offers practical knowledge for recognising and effectively managing chronic conditions that conventional approaches haven’t resolved.

Chronic Conditions: Beyond the Pain
I presented at SIRPA’s 2025 Conference, held at King’s College London. The conference explored the paradigm shift happening in how we understand and treat chronic pain and neuroplastic conditions; moving toward integrative, biopsychosocial methods that address root causes. The conference brought together leading researchers and clinicians, alongside practitioners and recovery stories demonstrating the effectiveness of mind-body medicine in conditions where traditional approaches haven’t worked.

Chronic Pain Healing Summit
November 13-14th 2026
Join me at the Chronic Pain Healing Summit, a free online event bringing together leading pain recovery experts, researchers, and practitioners, many with lived experience of healing from chronic conditions. It’s a unique opportunity to learn directly from people who have made recovery their life’s mission and have collectively supported tens of thousands of patients in their healing.
Resources
I work as part of a broader community of practitioners, researchers, and educators dedicated to mind-body medicine.
Below you’ll find links to organisations and resources I trust and recommend. Whether you’re exploring mind-body medicine for the first time, looking for guided practices, or seeking community and education, these organisations offer a range of resources to support your learning.

Living Proof is a UK-based not-for-profit powered by volunteers with lived experience of healing from chronic symptoms. They offer free education and community support for understanding persistent pain and other functional symptoms through neuroscience-based approaches.
SIRPA (Stress Illness Recovery Practitioners Association) is the UK’s leading training organisation for mind-body practitioners.
They provide evidence-based approaches to chronic pain and neuroplastic symptoms, supporting both professional development and personal recovery.
ATNS (Association for the Treatment of Neuroplastic Symptoms) is a US-based organisation providing education and community resources for both patients and healthcare professionals dealing with neuroplastic conditions. They offer free educational materials, recovery stories, courses, and a thriving community connecting patients and professionals.
